Victoria Jones, daughter of Oscar-winning actor Tommy Lee Jones, has died at the age of 34.
Jones was found in the early hours of New Year’s Day at the Fairmont Hotel in San Francisco, according to TMZ, which cited law enforcement sources, reports Independent.
A representative for the San Francisco Fire Department confirmed the incident to media organisations, stating that emergency crews were sent to the Fairmont Hotel at 2:52am.
“Our units responded to the scene, performed an assessment and declared one person deceased,” the spokesperson said, adding that the local police department and the medical examiner’s office then assumed responsibility, reports Independent.
The cause of death has not yet been determined.
Victoria was the second child of Tommy Lee Jones and his second wife, Kimberlea Cloughley. Her older brother, Austin, is 43, reports Independent.
As a child, she appeared in small acting roles in several of her father’s projects, including Men in Black II, The Three Burials of Melquiades Estrada, as well as the television series One Tree Hill.
