Aldi have issued a recall notice for it’s tea light product amid fears that batteries may explode.
In a notice the popular supermarket chain issued a recall for their Garden Bright Solar Tea Lights.
It is understood that the set of 6 tealights were recalled over fears that the product can overheat and cause the batteries to explode.
Aldi say the fault product has following barcodes 4088600390703 (White) and 4088600390710 (Amber).
The supermarket says those who purchased the set can return the product and avail of a full refund in store.
