An American Airlines flight was diverted to Shannon Airport earlier today due to a medical emergency on board.
American Airlines Flight AA-52, en route from Philadelphia to Prague, was diverted after a woman in her 50s fell in the cabin and began experiencing seizures.
The planed landed normally just before 6am and the passenger was rushed to University Hospital Limerick for treatment.
