At least six people have been killed after an Amtrak train derailed and fell onto a busy motorway below in the town of Dupont, near Washington.
The train was running its first service on a new route when, for reasons yet unknown, derailed and partly fell onto an overpass on the I5 motorway.
Local authorities say that the death toll is likely to rise.
