As high pressure takes hold over Ireland, fine and sunny weather continues to bless the land.
The coming days are expected to be calm and warm, with little or no rain, and temperatures reaching highs of 21C.
Early indications are for the high pressure to remain over Ireland until next week at least, so we can look forward to a bit of well deserved warmth during the first days of May.
