The United States reportedly abandoned dozens of army working dogs in its hasty withdrawal of its armed forces from Afghanistan, according to an animal rights group.
American Humane, a non-profit group based in Washington, DC, said the dogs hired by the US Army were would be tortured and killed by the Taliban.
They said that it was absolutely disgraceful, uncalled for and utterly reprehensible to leave the animals behind.
The only hopes would be that the Taliban use the dogs themselves rather than kill them but again Joe Biden’s withdrawal appears to have yet another disastrous outcome.
