A new coronavirus strain has been deemed ‘of concern’ by the World Health Organization (WHO).
The strain, first detected in Colombia, has been denominated Mu.
It is understood that some cases have already been detected in Europe.
The WHO is suggesting that the new strain might be more resistant to vaccines than previous strains.
