
A man in his 30s has been charged in relation to serious public disorder that took place in Saggart, Co Dublin, last month.
He appeared in court on Thursday afternoon, reports Breaking News.
This latest development brings the overall number of people arrested as part of the inquiry to 38.
To date, 29 individuals have now been charged during the course of the investigation, reports Breaking News.
Rioting broke out in the Citywest area on 21 and 22 October.
The disturbances resulted in extensive criminal damage, major disruption to public transport and injuries to four members of An Garda SÃochána, reports Breaking News.
The man was taken into custody on Thursday morning and held under Section 4 of the Criminal Justice Act 1984 at a garda station in the Dublin area.
With his arrest, the total number of individuals detained so far as part of the inquiry rises to 38, reports Breaking News.
In total, 28 people have been charged.
