Protestors that took to the streets of central Dublin on Saturday have garnered much support and much debate but say that they’re undeterred and plan on holding large-scale anti-mask and anti-lockdown rallies in Dublin in October.
On Saturday afternoon, anti-mask and anti-lockdown protestors marched through the streets of the capital from the Department of Health on Baggot Street out to RTE studios.
Another protest was held outside Google’s offices.
Banners read “Covid is a hoax” and “RTE propaganda for the government” are being flown along with the tricolour in an effort to bring as much attention to their queries and statements about coronavirus as possible. Gardai are present at the protest.
The Liberal was on the ground reporting from the protests and will be at any future rallies that are to be held.
