Anti-people trafficking launch campaign to stop exploitation of Ukrainians coming into Ireland

As thousands of Ukrainians refugees are due to arrive in Ireland, anti-human traffic organisations have called for a public awareness campaign to help identify signs of exploitation.

As people continue to leave the Ukraine, there are concerns across Europe that exploitation could happen, including in Ireland, in particular of women and children.

The main concerns sexual exploitation, labour exploitation and domestic work.

It’s understood that teams will deployed to Dublin Airport to ensure that such occurrences do not happen.
