In what has been deemed as “completely unfair” by supporters, Aontu’s Peadar Toibin has dropped his injunction application over exclusion from tonight’s RTE leaders’ debate.
Toibin had taken legal action after he was told that no member of his Aontu party would be allowed participate in tonight’s leaders’ debate on Claire Byrne Live.
RTE claims that they have time constraints and that’s the reason why Toibin’s party would not be included in the debate.
