Armed Gardai were dispatched to the Cherry Orchard area of west Dublin after reports of street fighting among a number of youths on Sunday afternoon.
Emergency services were in attendance at the Clifden Drive area of Cherry Orchard. It is understood that two people in their 20s had to be taken to hospital for treatment.
The nature of the incident has not been disclosed.
