As our own emigrate – Up to 60,000 Ukrainians expected in Ireland by the end of 2022

Some 7 out of 10 young Irish people have either emigrated or are considering emigrating, according to latest figures.

Bear that in mind when you hear that the government will allow up to 60,000 Ukrainians live in Ireland by the end of 2022 with free medical care and social welfare indefinitely.

The government’s open door policy continues, as up to 60,000 Ukrainian refugees are expected to be in Ireland by the end of the year.

With homelessness at record highs across the country, it is unclear what the Government’s thinking is, where are they going to keep dumping refugees in, or how many more people are they going to try to stuff in every square meter.

It is understood that the tent cities will be shut down once winter arrives due to their unsuitability to protect from the cold, so this will only exacerbate the problem.
