At least 25 people are dead after a series of tornadoes ripped through Tennessee.
According to reports in the US, the tornadoes which resulted in the collapse of 40 buildings has left 25 people dead and dozens more fatalities.
The tornadoes which struck just after midnight on Tuesday has caused widespread damage and has now led to a major rescue operation.
It is understood that rescue teams are now searching for those who may have been injured.
