At least 30 people have been killed following a mass shooting at a children’s care facility in Thailand.
It is understood that the victims include children and adults.
The perpetrator is believed to be an ex-police officer who had been dismissed after failing a drugs test. He was due to appear in court on related charges tomorrow.
A large manhunt is underway.
