Authorities in the US have confirmed that a woman has been arrested following an incident at the White House on Friday afternoon.
According to reports stateside the woman who has not yet been identified was arrested after she drove her car into an outer barier outside the Presidential residence, although thankfully no injuries were reported White House officials have since revealed the woman into police custody.
It is not yet known what caused the incident, but a number of reports state the woman was hailed from the vehicle by Secre Service agents who immediately placed her under arrest.
The controversial incident apparently occurred just moments after President Trump held a meeting with Australian Prime Minister Malcom Turnbull.
