Avant Money has announced an increase in some of its mortgage rates.
It is understood that Avant’s five-year fixed rates are to rise by 20 basis points (bps), while its 7-year and 10-year fixed rates will increase by 30 bps.
Rates on its 15-year and 20-year ‘One Mortgage’ product, which guarantees the same rate for the duration of the loan will also increase.
