A major backlash against the hit tv show ‘Love/Hate’ occurred after last night’s episode.
A traveller character in the show has gotten himself into a pickle with head drug lord ‘Nidge’.
King Nidge subsequently got an attempted hit on the traveller whose son got shot accidentally last night.
Fans commented on Facebook and Twitter that the episode was too gruesome and graphic. The shows ratings are a success, and it’s real life storylines keep audiences addicted.
RTE allegedly received numerous complaints from offended viewers.
