Bad news for holiday makers – Ryanair announce cancellation of 75 flights

Ryanair has been forced to cancel at least 75 flights to, from and over France that they had scheduled for tomorrow, Thursday 2nd June.

The French air traffic control have staged yet another strike, complaining about their working conditions.

Notorious for their strikes, the French air traffic control unions are planning more strikes over the coming weeks.

Disgracefully, it’s assumed a lot of next week’s flights in particular will affect people traveling to the European Football Championships, which will commence in France on the 10th June, finishing on the 10th July.

The airline has asked The European Commission to establish talks with the air-traffic control unions in the hope that some agreement can be met, but that doesn’t look likely.

Customers are asked to check their Ryanair website and their customer care team to see if their flight is affected.
