
They’ve had enough, and rightly so. Their community went through torture in the 1980s and is now a respectable part of North Dublin.
The good people of Ballymun took to the streets in a large protest on Saturday evening with protesters fighting back against migrants being foisted into their community.
Locals claim that there was no consultation with them about the developments and also say that it appears to be young, strong, fit men who are in the area as a result.
They join the likes of East Wall, Killarney, Kill in Co Kildare, Drogheda in County Louth and Carlingford, among other areas who are fighting back against migrants being placed in their community.
