Bank Holiday weather: Mixed bag until Monday but next week is looking sunny and warm

The May Bank Holiday is looking like it’ll be somewhat of a mixed bag but things are going to get a lot better from next week.

Tomorrow is forecast to be mostly dry, with some showers across northern coastal areas, and a dull afternoon and early evening. Brighter conditions will develop late in the day however, leading into a dry and mostly sunny Sunday with temperatures of up to 17C.

Monday is expected to bring the best of the Bank Holiday weather, with long sunny spells and mild temperatures of up to 18C.
