According to the bank, someone has been calling customers asking for passwords and other confidential information.
A spokesperson for the bank has reiterated that legitimate BOI staff will never cold call people asking for confidental information.
If you feel your banking details have been compromised, contact the bank as soon as possible on 1800 946 764.
