Barclays has offered a £20m loan to London Zoo as the facility is struggling financially due to Covid-19.
The Zoological Society of London (ZSL), which runs the zoo, has welcomed the boost.
ZSL largely depends on private donations for its funding, as it does not receive any money from the British Government.
