Police in the North have confirmed that a 19 year old man has been arrested in Belfast after he posted a number of malicious comments about the Manchester Arena attack on Facebook.
The PSNI say the man has been charged with the improper use of a public electronic communications network and is currently being detained under the Malicious Communications Act.
It is believed the man’s arrest was made on Tuesday after a number of outraged members of the public reported the incident to the police.
