Superstar Justin Bieber is to face new charges after being recently arrested for dangerous driving and assault following a collision between a minivan and a quad bike that led to a physical altercation.
Police in Ontario have said that the incident occurred on Friday afternoon near the star’s hometown of Stratford and that Bieber was released on bail as he promised to appear in court on September 29.
Ontario police also said that the driver of the quad bike and an occupant of the minivan “engaged in a physical altercation”.
Bieber is believed to have went to a police station were he was arrested, then released on bail to appear in court on September 29, a spokesman for Ontario police have said.
It is understood that there were no injuries as a result of the collision, but police could not say whether there were any injuries from the altercation.
