Disgraced billionaire Jeffrey Epstein, who stands accused of sex trafficking children, was found semi-conscious in his cell in New York’s Metropolitan Correctional Centre after what is being called a “suicide attempt”.
Epstein, who was a close friend and confidant of the Clintons, was found on Wednesday evening with marks and bruises on his neck in a semi-conscious state. The incident was at first described as a suicide attempt, but the NYPD have not ruled out assault.
The billionaire paedophile ran the so-called “Lolita Express” a jet liner which would ferry the rich and powerful in politics, business and entertainment to his private Caribbean Island where it was alleged, they would engage in sex orgies in his temple and underground complex with underage children.
It is thought that Epstein kept detailed records of those who utilised his services and it his hypothesised that a plea deal for clemency by Epstein could bring down major figures including politicians, actors, royals and leading figures in business and banking.
