Social media commenters say saying that so-called “Black Privilege” came into play at the Oscar’s on Sunday night. They’re saying that if Will Smith was a white man whacking Chris Rock on live TV, he would have been arrested, charged with hate crime and BLM would have cancelled him already.
Imagine if a white man whacked Chris Rock on live TV, watched by millions all over the world?
The white man would have been immediately arrested, charged with hate crime and would be immediately cancelled by the liberal left. He may even receive a life sentence for his hate crime.
But somehow Will Smith won’t be arrested and charged. BLM won’t be shouting on every liberal media platform. CNN won’t be campaigning for Will Smith to be cancelled.
Why? Because he is black. In other words, Will Smith is protected by his black privilege.
