Boeing CEO Dennis Muilenburg has been fired amidst a deepening crisis at the company.
The embattled aircraft manufacturer is struggling to regain airworthiness certificates for its 737 MAX series, after two deadly crashes that killed over 300 people.
The entire 737 MAX fleet remains grounded worldwide. Boeing recently announced that it would halt production of the aircraft in January due to the ongoing delays at regulatory level.
