It is believed that gardai have discovered a bomb-making factory at Blessington Road site on Monday in Tallaght.
The storage bunker’s owner discovered an unlocked unit where two men were found inside mixing chemicals. They both fled from the scene after being caught and the owner contacted the gardai immediately.
It is believed at first that the unit was being used as a crystal meth lab. The unit was examined by the gardai and no traces of drugs mixing substance was found.
Army experts arrived last night to the unit and it is understood that they discovered chemicals that can be used in mixing and making bombs.
No arrests have been made but examinations are being underway in the Tallaght area.
