One of boxing’s biggest names and a potential opponent for World Champion Deontay Wilder, Dillian Whyte’s career could be over.
The 31-yr-old faces a ban of between 4 and 8 years from the ring after his initial PED tests for VADA came back positive.
It’s understood that neither Whyte’s team or his promoter Eddie Hearn have directly commented on the pending ban other than Hearn releasing a vague tweet.
Whyte fought after the first test was confirmed positive citing to sample another test – this was allowed and he fought and beat Oscar Rivas on Saturday night, a fight that may well now become null and void.
