A 14-year-old boy has been charged with murder after he allegedly beat his four-year-old brother so badly his intestines exploded.
Robert Bolsinger-Harrison was charged with the murder of his brother Larkin after beating him to death with his fists and a chair after the boy succumbed to injuries on November 14th, 2018.
Larkins was found unconscious in his Harrisburg, Virginia home. He had been beaten so badly he had vomited up a black substance from his ruptured intestines.
The mother of the boys Catherine Seals (35) has now also been charged with second degree murder after she after she failed to take any action to help her son when she found him beaten and unconscious.
The woman told detectives she did not notice any injuries on Larkin despite the fact he had bruising on over 60% of his body.
Larkin’s biological mother, Tracy Quinones said that her son had told her that his older brother was hitting him, but she was assured that this wasn’t true.
The presiding Judge in the case, Lauri Hogge, denied a plea from Seal’s lawyer for reduced bail conditions but this was denied after the Judge said she was left speechless after seeing photos of Larkins bruised body.
