‘Boy B’ – convicted of murdering Ana Kriegel, has withdrawn his appeal against his conviction for the murder.
Earlier this year, the Court of Appeal dismissed an application by the boy, known only to the public as ‘Boy B’, to introduce fresh evidence at his appeal, reports RTE.
It’s understood he was going to claim certain garda interviews were inappropriate or even inadequate at the time of the 2019 trial.
However, that’s not the case anymore as he withdrew his appeal.
Poor Ana was lured to her death and viciously and sadistically murdered all the while her parents said that she just wanted to be liked and make a few friends. Her father has since passed away himself.
