A four day weather warning has been issued as Ireland is preparing for snow and freezing conditions from Sunday.
Met Eireann have issued a four day warning beginning tomorrow and ending at the earlies on Wednesday evening.
The national forecaster says that there will be heavy showers snow beginning on Sunday night with icy patches expected overnight.
They added that conditions are expected to be hazardous especially on roads and paths with heavy-lying snow in many places.
