Belfast City Sinn Fein councillor JJ Magee has tonight been suspended from the Sinn Fein party following an allegation of inappropriate online messages were between himself and a minor.
It’s understood that the Sinn Fein party whip has also been removed from him.
The party has said that the Chief Executive of Belfast City Council has been made aware of situation.
