The Department of Health have confirmed that a total of 16 people have died and 370 more cases of Covid-19 have been confirmed in the Republic of Ireland.
In an announcement made this evening the Department confirmed that there are currently 5,364 confirmed cases in the Republic of Ireland and a total 237 deaths.
Community transmission stands at 60%.
