In breaking news tonight, Google Dublin have requested that the majority of their 8,000 Irish staff work from home after someone working in their City Centre office developed “flu like symptoms”.
The search engine company said that it’s taking no chances and is enforcing a major precautionary move to prevent the potential spread of coronavirus.
No details have been made public at this time in relation to what symptoms the worker has, but it’s understood that they’re now self-isolating.
