Breaking: David Cameron has announced Theresa May will replace him as Prime Minister on Wednesday

After his defeat with the Brexit campaign, David Cameron immediately announced his resignation as Prime Minister.

After a tumultuous couple of weeks, former Home Secretary Theresa May is said to be the new Prime Minister.

Cameron has formally announced that he is to replaced by May on Wednesday afternoon.
