The Department for Health has confirmed that 1 person has died from coronavirus today and 437 more cases of Covid-19 have been confirmed in the Republic of Ireland.
In an announcement made this evening the Department confirmed that there are currently 265,070 confirmed cases in the Republic of Ireland and a total 4,872 deaths.
The number of patients in ICU stands at 46.
