The Department for Health has confirmed that 33 people have died from coronavirus today and 744 more cases of Covid-19 have been confirmed in the Republic of Ireland.`
In an announcement made this evening the Department confirmed that there are currently 211,113 confirmed cases in the Republic of Ireland and a total 3,981 deaths.
The number of patients in ICU stands at more than 159.
