The Department for Health has confirmed that 2 people have died from coronavirus today and 552 more cases of Covid-19 have been confirmed in the Republic of Ireland.
In an announcement made this evening the Department confirmed that there are currently 62,027 confirmed cases in the Republic of Ireland and a total 1,909 deaths.
