Gardai in Dublin have shut down St Stephen’s Green Park in an effort to halt a major anti-lockdown protest that was planned to start at 2:30pm.
Anti-lockdown protesters had planned to gather at Fusiliers Arch at 2pm with a livestream gig to start at 2:30pm inside the park itself.
Gardai shut the entire park down to the public before 2pm with Luas trams prevented from stopping at the location from 2pm.
Anti-lockdown protesters say that they’re going to reroute their protest.
