BREAKING: Gov lays out six month roadmap on tackling pandemic – entire country placed on Level 2

The government have announced a six month plan that is reportedly to tackle the pandemic crisis.

Micheal Martin said that there’s five levels of risk to be introduced across Ireland with the whole country currently at Level 2.

From midnight tonight, Dublin will see tighter restrictions than the rest of the country, which means people in Dublin can only allow visitors from no more than one other household, to a maximum of six people indoors or outdoors.

Wet pubs in Dublin will remain closed but pubs around the rest of Ireland can reopen.

Christmas and international travel will be discussed at a later date.

Sporting fixtures will now see 50 people at indoor events, 100 at outdoor and 200 at larger venues which originally could house 5,000.
