The committee investigating the January 6 insurrection in the United States has issued a congressional subpoena for Donald Trump.
The disgraced former President will be compelled to testify under oath about the so-called ‘Big Lie’ and all his criminal activity surrounding the events of January 6 2021, when Mr. Trump and his acolytes attempted to overthrow American democracy.
The vote was unanimous.
