The Democratic candidate Joe Biden has said that democracy is going well in America and that he thinks he’s going to win the election.
Biden said he was not declaring a win at this stage but that he thought he was going to win the election.
Although he made few gaffes, for once, Biden appeared quite frail after an obviously very long night.
