He’s been called everything from “creepy”, “sleepy” and even “sneaky” but Joe Biden may start to be referred to as President-Elect by many media outlets after tonight, regardless of whether it’s official or not.
The Democratic candidate for Presidency, Joe Biden is reportedly going to make a statement on television at 1am Irish time, this time around he’s expected to announce that he has won the election after US media declared such on Saturday afternoon.
“Sleepy Joe”, as he is affectionately named by President Donald Trump remains ahead in the majority of battleground States, but the lead is badly tainted by claims of fraud even after many of those States have been declared for Biden by US media’s projections.
President Trump has already said that he won’t accept any result until the courts have their say and vows to launch multiple legal cases from Monday morning.
