Co Laois Rose Katelyn Cummins has won the 2025 Rose of Tralee, taking the crown on finals night in Kerry after two evenings of music, craic and dance.
Representing Co Laois, Katelyn Cummins was named as the winner of this year’s festival on Tuesday night, bringing the curtain down on two evenings of interviews from women across Ireland and the world. She takes over from last year’s winner, New Zealand Rose Keely O’Grady.
Katelyn is training to be electrician and wants to do an engineering degree in the future, and possibly start a new business.
The winner told host Kathryn Thomas that winning felt “like a dream”.
