
A man aged in his 20s has been charged in connection with an attack in Dublin at the weekend in which three people were randomly stabbed.
Three men, aged from their mid-20s to mid-40s, were attacked by a man in Stoneybatter around 3pm on Sunday.
A non uniformed garda arrested a man close to the scene of the incident.
He has been charged in relation to the incident and is due before Dublin District Court later today.
It’s understood that he is a South American migrant and that he was on bail for drug charges at the time of the attack.
The charges date back to 2023 where he was allowed back into the public where he was able to carry out the effects of Sunday.
