New York state attorney general Letitia James has filed a lawsuit against the Trump crime family for an alleged fraud going on for a decade.
The lawsuit alleges that the Trump Organization engaged in ‘numerous acts of fraud of misrepresentation’ for personal gain. These included inflating the value of certain assets to obtain loans, and reducing the value when applying for insurance.
The action names the disgraced former president’s son Donald Trump Jr. and his daughter Ivanka Trump as defendants.
