In what can only be described as utterly catastrophes for the Irish economy, NPHET has recommended that the entire country be placed on Level 5 restrictions.
This is contrary to many of the recommendations mooted over the past week with Dublin and even Donegal said to be doing well for some time prior to tonight’s developments.
