Members of the general public have thankfully avoided been seriously injured after a number of bales of hay fell off an trailer in Drogheda County Louth.
The incident happened shortly after 8am and saw at least 4 bales fall onto the footpath at the bus depot entrance where pedestrians flood in and out of at the busy Dublin road area of the town.
Gardai are in place with diversions until the bales are removed.
It’s understood that thankfully no one in injured in the incident.
